Policies

  • Best Practices

In our shared virtual space, respect and intention are at the core of all interactions. While our classrooms may be online, they are real spaces where deep learning, growth, and connection happen. This is not just a community; it’s a sanctuary for transformation, and as such, the same level of care and integrity expected in physical spaces applies here.

To foster a safe and enriching environment for everyone, we’ve crafted a code of conduct and a set of best practices. These guidelines are designed to help you navigate healthy communication and make the most of your engagement within our community. They apply to interactions with facilitators, fellow participants, and the content itself. Failure to align with these practices may result in being asked to step away from our shared space.

    1. Respect Space and Boundaries Our work focuses on the teachings, not the teachers. Celebrate the wisdom within yourself instead of directing excessive praise to facilitators. When you see beauty in someone’s words or presence, it’s a mirror of the beauty within you. Honour the energy of the space by keeping interactions grounded in mutual respect.

    2. Stay Curious and Open Approach new ideas with curiosity. You don’t have to agree or resonate with every concept—but by trying them on, you allow yourself to expand and discern what truly serves your path.

    3. Listen Deeply When others share, listen with your heart open. Let understanding, not advice, guide your response. Practice presence and allow others to feel fully heard.

    4. Honour Multiple Truths When speaking, choose language that acknowledges the coexistence of many perspectives. Replace “but” with “and” to reflect this openness.

    5. Balance Contribution and Reflection Engagement is encouraged, but it’s essential to balance it. If you tend to speak often, practise stepping back. If you’re usually quiet, challenge yourself to step forward and share your voice.

    6. Maintain Confidentiality Respect the privacy of others by keeping their stories and experiences within the group. If you wish to follow up on something someone shared, always seek their permission first.

    7. Trust Your Inner Guidance The role of our teachers is not to provide you with answers but to help you reconnect with your own inner wisdom. The tools and practices shared here are meant to empower you to discern what aligns with your truth. Avoid outsourcing your authority.

    8. Prioritise Mental Health This space is for those who are grounded and in a stable place emotionally and mentally. While our work can be deeply transformative, it is not a substitute for therapy or medical care. If you’re navigating a challenging mental health journey, please seek professional support alongside your participation here.

Our community thrives on mutual respect, shared intention, and personal accountability. By honouring these practices, you contribute to a space where everyone can feel safe, seen, and supported in their unique journey of self-mastery and transformation.

  • To ensure a nurturing and respectful environment, all participants are required to adhere to the following guidelines. These principles are designed to protect the integrity of our community and support the transformative journeys of everyone involved:

    1. Respectful Communication and Behaviour

    • Discrimination, harassment, or threats of any kind, including those based on race, gender, sexual orientation, age, or other protected identities, are not tolerated.

    • Slandering or defaming fellow participants or facilitators is strictly prohibited.

    • Recording or sharing live or pre-recorded sessions without explicit permission is a breach of trust and will result in immediate removal from the community.

    2. Maintain Classroom Harmony

    • Behaviour that disrupts the teaching or learning process, including unmuting yourself without consent or disregarding established rules, is unacceptable.

    • Ensure that all interactions in forums and live discussions are respectful, constructive, and aligned with the purpose of the space.

    3. Thoughtful Participation

    • While engagement is encouraged, be mindful of over-participation. Avoid monopolising discussions or overwhelming chat spaces with excessive emojis or comments.

    • Self-promotion, unsolicited marketing, or sharing personal services is not permitted within our community spaces.

    • Be considerate about how much personal information you share. Trauma or emotional dumping, while understandable, is not appropriate in this space, as it may inadvertently drain the energy of others. For deeper personal matters, we encourage seeking professional support.

    • If you tend to share often, consciously step back to allow others the opportunity to contribute.

    Disciplinary Actions

To maintain a safe, supportive, and aligned community, violations of the Code of Conduct or Best Practices will result in appropriate consequences, including:

    • Probationary membership with a clear pathway to restore trust and alignment.

    • Immediate termination of membership for severe breaches, such as creating accounts with false identities, unauthorised recordings, or repeated disruptive behaviour.

By honouring these principles, you play an integral role in co-creating a transformative and empowered space for all. Thank you for your mindfulness and dedication to the collective journey.

  • Given the nature of our digital content, we do not offer refunds or credit on purchases unless explicitly agreed. For example, where there is a ‘30 Day Money Back Guarantee’ stamp on a specific course and it only applies to said specific course.
